Bucharest, Romania, March 24th 2014 – The short-list for the upcoming 9th annual EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards, representing the most outstanding and accomplished projects, companies and individuals throughout the SEE region in 2013, has been announced. Furthermore, leading players from the dynamic SEE real estate markets are now braced to take part in the region’s premier commercial real estate awards event on April 10th 2014, at the Athenee Hilton Hotel, Bucharest, Romania.

Craig Smith, publisher and founder of EuropaProperty, the leading commercial real estate media firm which organises the SEE Real Estate Awards Gala & Forum in Bucharest, the CEE Retail Awards Gala & Forum and the CEE Investment & Green Building Awards as well as several other high-impact events and conferences throughout the region, remarks: “Once again I am excited to welcome everyone to our 9th annual SEE Real Estate Awards. Market leaders in both activity and pure investment will compete for “Project of the Year” awards in the office, retail and residential sectors. Further, “Retailer of the Year” awards will be given to retailers active throughout the region based on their market innovation, expansion, contribution to the market, market share, concept and design, and commercial success. Retailer nominations are still being accepted.
